I worked with Backerkit to fix one of the problems I faced near the beginning of the initial campaign which was missing the shipping on an earlybird tier. The Whole Order Weight Shipping helps to fix that and benefits anyone that has an order weighing over a certain amount. HOWEVER...based on my last check in before launching the surveys I got the wrong info so we had to change things on the back end to fix the shipping rates.
Mentioning this to everyone to let you know before your cards get charged! Unfortunately I can't offer free shipping as the mistake had insisted. I'll still be sending out emails to everyone that has already placed their order so that we're on the same page.
